第十一条 电力市场技术支持系统主要由以下子系统组成：能量管理系统（EMS：EnergyManagementSystem）、交易管理系统（TMS：TradeManagementSystem）、电能量计量系统（TMR：TeleMeterReadingSystem）、结算系统（SBS：Settlement&BillingSystem）、合同管理系统（CMS：ContractManagementSystem）、报价处理系统（BPS：BiddingProcessSystem）、市场分析与预测系统（MAF：MarketAnalysis&ForecastSystem）、交易信息系统（TIS：TradeInformationSystem）、报价辅助决策系统（BSS：BiddingSupportSystem）。
