（26） Facilitatingtheconstructionofthecreditsystem.ItisnecessarytobuildaninteroperationcollaborativemechanismwiththeNationalCreditInformationSharingPlatform，theNationalEnterpriseCreditInformationPublicitySystem，andcredit-breakingpunishmentorgans，andenableinquiryaboutandonlineverificationofinformationoftheblacklistofjudgmentdebtorsandpeoplebannedfromhigh-spendingaswellashandlingofsmartcontracts，tomakesurethejudgmentdebtors’informationisgeneratedreliably，transmittedsecurelyandusedcompliantly，soastofurtherdevelopthefunctionofcooperativepunishmentforcredit-breakingindividuals，contributetoimprovingthenewcredit-basedsupervisionmechanism，andpushforwardtheconstructionofthesocialcreditsystem.
