（22） Supportingtheimprovementofthebusinessenvironment.Itisnecessarytobuildaninteroperationcollaborativemechanismwithblockchainplatformsformarketregulation，propertyregistration，transactionsandothers，andenableinquiryaboutandverificationofinformationrelatedtotheownershipregistrationandstatusoftransactions，suchasbasicbusinessprofile，variationofcorporateequities，correlationbetweenbusinesses，ownershipofimmovablesandmovables，financialleasing，preciousmetaltrading，tofacilitatetheidentificationofownershipandtransactionsofpropertyrights，soastointensifythedevelopmentoftheclassifiedandcategorizedsupervisionsystembasedondataandcredit，andtofurtherimprovethenationalbusinessenvironment.
