（16） Enhancingtheefficiencyofenforcement.Itisnecessarytoexplorethepossibilityofestablishingasmartcontractmechanismtoautomaticallyinvestigate，freezeandseizepropertyineligibleenforcementcasesanddistributemoneyrelatedtotheenforcementcases，soastosimplifytheapprovalprocessunderthepremiseofensuringproceduralcompliance；establishingasmartcontractmechanismtoautomaticallyfileacaseandresumeenforcementwithoutfilingaseparatecaseforcaseswheretheenforcementprocedurewassuspendedaftertheenforcementofthewholepropertydiscoveredbyunifiedinvestigationcluesandsettlementcasesofenforcementfornon-fulfillmentofobligations.
